One of my favorite things to do is rummage around an Antique mall. I have done this several times in the past with my father. He loves to go antiquing, or junking as the case may be.
Recently, we rented a booth space at an antique mall in order to sell some of the junk we have collected. So far, I have actually spent more than I have made. True story. It is still in it’s infancy so there is hope that my sales will pick up.
I have more stuff to purge. It is hard sometimes to let go of something, even when I know I’m pretty much done with it. There is always that what if I need it, or change my mind, or…you get the picture. I think there must be a little bit of hoarder blood in my DNA.
Today I am off yet again to go junking with my father and to check out our September sales. Maybe I made enough to buy lunch.

Collecting in grace,

So glad to have featured your blog in my last post. I am frightfully behind this year, as life has gotten so hectic – I’m aiming to posts 2 different posts today! 🙂 I LOVE the cobalt blue bottles. That is my favorite color, and I would love to collect those types of bottles. I think they look beautiful displayed where they can catch the light! Here’s to encouraging one another in our ‘favorites’ writing these 31 days. Blessings!

Thanks! I love the blue too – I find them at junk shops – usually fairly inexpensively – they are not all old, but I just love the color. Encouraging is always good!
